I was checking our Archiver settings and noticed that is was not connected to anything. All boxes say connect. I asked the other admin if the archiver was turned on and he said it was. When he is logged in he can see it connected to dropbox. As a Super Admin I should see and be able to change it. All Admins should share that view.

This is what our Admin settings look like. If the tab reads "connect", it is not connected. You need to click that to connect the Archiver where you want it to connect.

Does this help??

Hi Lisa,
When the other admin is logged in, since he setup the archiver, it shows that it is connected to dropbox. Mine all say connect. So we both do not see the same thing.

Thank you for clarifying!!
I think that might be because it depends on the extension. Others on our team, whether they are admins or not, will show their archiver differently.
In which case, I agree with you that all Admins should share the same view.

The Super Admin access does not have the ability to see the archiver details for each extension. For xample I man extension 100, I still need to login as extension 101 just to configure the Archiver Beta. I want an option wherein I don't need to login to each extension just to configure the Archiver details for them.
