Allow Call Center Reps to Grab calls from the Queue

We would like the ability for call center reps to grab calls from the call queue. When the reps come back from break they have to wait for a few minutes for the calls to cycle back to them. If they could grab calls from the queue they could take calls more immediately.

Hi Leland,

Your call queue description is a tad vague. Would you be able to provide us with a use-case scenario? How do you have your call queue setup currently do you use simultaneous, fixed order etc.?
