Allow Common Phones to follow "forward to another user's phone" functionality

For our support setup, we use a virtual user (as opposed to a group) so that upon pressing 1, the call is forwarded to our three support techs.  If they don't pickup, it rings to another group of people, if they don't pick up, it forwards to everyone's cell phone.  This has been working very well for us.

The problem is this doesn't work if the user is logged into a common phone.  When on a common phone, their normal phone won't ring and calls to their extension will ring to the common phone they are logged into - this is great!  However, calls coming into the support user which normally forwards to their assigned desk phone do not ever make it to the common phone.

The request is to allow calls that are forwarded from another user to behave in the exact same way as calls to a user's direct line when logged into a common phone.
