Allow system admins to view all GLIP teams

I'm shocked this isn't a feature already - but we need a way for system admins (not TEAM admins) to view and access all teams in GLIP. Both public and private teams. For example, our company has very high compliance guidelines due to the fact that we are in the financial sector. Having employees create private teams is fine, however per our compliance standards, we need to be able to access those team chats on the fly.

While we can always request the audit log from GLIP, RingCentral isn't on top of their game with supplying them. I actually requested a chat log on March 9th, 2020, and as of the 27th it still hasn't been supplied.

This really needs to be a core feature in GLIP.

Hi Tony,

We are working on a new feature that will allow you to view all teams in GLIP in 2H of 2020. Please let us know if you would like to help us be a part of that beta to test and give feedback when the feature is ready! 

As for your audit log request, Alex from the PM org will expedite with our support teams. Our teams are working on an improved version of Compliance Export V2.0 and that is scheduled for release towards the end of April, that will enable the system admins to pull up logs from chats, etc on the fly.
