Alternate queue extension list - When disabling users, offer to place their extension on a queue as an alternate.

Terminated employee management would be way easier if a list of extensions could be attached to a queue to act as alternates.

It would be great if it operated exactly like Notification emails, a semi-colon separated list. But that might be unmanageable in the long run, so a managed list where disabled users could be attached would be much nicer.

The current solution requires that the terminated user remains enabled & that the following procedures be performed, which just doesn't scale for growth:

1. User Details
  a. Reset password & security question.
  b. Change username:
    i. First: to <Department>
    ii. Last: from <Firstname Lastname>
  c. User hours: 24h
2. Call Handling
  a. Disable all phones
3. Messages & Notifications
  a. Take Messages: No
  b. Missed calls connect directly to group: <Department Queue>

We all want to grow, right? Disabling users should be more streamlined than this.
