We are a small business. Users often walk around the office, with wireless headsets that are paired to the softphone on their PC workstation.

Although the sennheiser officerunner units we purchased have the ability to answer calls with a button on the headset, that functionality does not appear to be part of the RingCentral softphone desktop app.  Therefore, we request the ability to support call-answering buttons on wireless headsets.  If possible, it would be good to provide the end-user with an option in the settings menu for selecting various hotkeys and/or headset buttons that could answer and end a call.

This would typically be used if a user was away from their desk but their headset was within range.  The user could hear the call and press the button on their headset to answer it.  This would also be much faster than using the mouse to point and click on the answer button. A hotkey shortcut would be more accurate.

Having this feature would allow the RingCentral software to take advantage of functionality that is already part of many modern headsets.
