Any way to block callers labeled "unknown" by RingCentral?

"How to Block Unknown Callers" FAQ on this is somewhat misleading because it only shows how to block those with a caller ID (and not really "unknown")
I need to block all callers without caller ID -those that RingCentral marks as unknown.TIA

Under "Super Admin" extension you can block them and it will block for ALL extensions within the company. 

Users > Super Admin > Screening Greeting & Hold Music > Blocked calls

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled How do I block calls when the ID is "No Caller ID" ?.

Our main corporate line seems to be getting spam voicemail from a line that indicates "No Caller ID Available". We are getting 5-10 per day and the message is always blank and lasts just a few seconds. Also, the phone never actually rings. The messages just show up with no audio. Any thoughts?
