App crashes with new windows update, x64 based systems version (KB4058043).

The app partially opens then freezes with a black white screen within the app.  I've restored windows to a previous version, but once the update re-installs, the ring central app has the same problem.  I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the ring central desktop app.

The first thing  you will want to try is updating your video card drivers. This is the most common reason for the app to crash after the Windows update.  There's a related article showing how to rollback to a previous version.  If you still have trouble use the link's Saadet posted above to open a support case.
