Yes, app should be able to receive messages from at the very least one user extension and group extensions, example -User "Joe" gets messages (voice/text/fax) sent to his extension, but also to the "Sales" group extension.  User "Sally" gets messages sent to her extension, but the Sales group extension as well. Whoever checks the voicemail first it gets marked as read, or can forward to the appropriate person.
