Need to know when Archiver breaks

RingCentral stops Archiving calls every few weeks due to server issues with either RingCentral or Dropbox; unfortunately, there is no way of knowing when this has occurred until someone notices it and reports it.

I would like a feature where the Admin on the account receives an email notifying them that the archiver has stopped. This will help us quickly know when issues arise with the archiver service.

Hey WINDSOR,

I followed up with the Product Team about this. They let me know that there is an email that gets sent out when there is an issue with Archiver on the RC side. It may wind up in your Spam folders, though :( So keep an eye out for it!

Interesting. I was told when I spoke with support that they didn't offer any sort of alert when archiver stops working and that I should post this idea in the community.
