Asterisk PBX Integration

My company has an existing Asterisk PBX for our staff and support agents.
We are working on signing a contract with another company to provide support services.  This other company as RingCentral as a phone system.

Can I get the SIP credentials for one of their RingCentral phone extensions and put it on my PBX?

Causing my PBX to be the extension on RingCentral platform.    I have done this before with other providers but never with RingCentral.

Please advise.

Hello Matt,

SIP credentials are unique to each and every extension. The only way to get the SIP credentials is to have a Digital Line on an existing RingCentral account.

Once you have a digital line you can get the SIP Proxy, Outbound Proxy, User Name, Password, and Authentication ID for that extension. This is the information that need to be sent to the RingCentral servers to authenticate each and every call.

Right....  The company that I am doing the support for (the RingCentral customer) can provide me the SIP info from RingCentral for the extension they want me to use ?

I then will put in on my Asterisk PBX.
