AT&T issues

Most of my business communications are via text.  Most are through the desktop app but the mobile app doesn't work either.  I just discovered that outbound texts are not being delivered to people with AT&T phones.  I get no indication on my end that the text did not go through--everything looks normal and my texts are added to the conversation string.  I can receive texts and calls from those with AT&T phones.  It's caused a huge mess today as several schedules that should have been set up were not received and I wasn't aware of the issue until we called to discuss another matter. 

What can I do to resolve this issue?  I've called tech support and they say the AT&T test worked properly but I've tested this with at least 8 employees who have ATT&T phones and none are receiving my texts, nor are the clients who I mentioned earlier.

You will need to escalate this with RingCentral support and be prepared to test and provide examples (which it seems will not be an issue)  I don't see any other way.  I would also consider some backup plan in the mean time as it seems critical for your business, so you may need to send texts another way like email to SMS gateway or another mobile phone, etc.
