att router issues

Desk phone lights keep going yellow.  I have contacted ringcentral multiple times as well as ATT and they both blame each other.  They say it is a firmware update that ATT did, but ATT has no knowledge of this.  
We have DSL in our other locations and the phones work perfect, but this is U-verse and not so much.  The rest of the internet works perfect, just not the phones.  
Any help would be much appreciated

Does the router provide any QoS configuration options? If not, I'd consider putting one in that does:
