  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: capability to drag attachments from webmail and outlook to attachment field on the desktop app, to send as a fax 
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: insteadof having to download the file onto the computer, customer canjustdragthe attachedfile from her email, into the attachment field on the app when sending a fax. 
  5. Benefit of such feature: ease of use

looking forward to this. I asked my Rep for this a couple months ago. Also the same functionality in glip web version would be awesome.

I'm not sure how this would be different from just using the mail client to fax directly by forwarding the email to faxnumber@rcfax.com.  I use this instead of the desktop app since I'm already in my email client.  If you don't have the ability to use the faxnumber@rcfax.com to forward the email, i can see this being useful though.
