Currently IVR menus have 1 audio file for the greeting and options. Can there be an option to split audio, and even TTS greeting into multiple sections? That way, if the IVR includes an option to repeat the options, it only plays the options, and not the greeting as well?

As an extension to the origional post, it would allow for audio file reuse if they could chain from 1 file to another, and allow for some pretty awesome interactions. 1st file "Thanks you for calling [Company name + branch])", 2nd file "If you know the extension of the agent you wish to reach, please dial now.', 3rd file " Please listen to the following, as our options have recently changed", 4th file [label:options] " For Sales press 1, for..... To repeat these options press #"
If # pressed replay from [Label:options]
You could play extra, or alternate files based on rules such as if you have multiple toll free numbers, and plan on discontinuing 1 or more, you could insert an announcement if a caller dialled the end of serves number, after 1st file above: "Please note that we will be discontinuing this number, please update your contact with our new number: (XXX) XXX-XXXX" and then play the rest of the above chain.
