Feature that should be added / made available:
On our OLD phone system (30 years old Analog system), we have a feature that when you have a call on hold for too long (3 Minutes) the phone will make a loud audible beep until the phone line gets picked up again or put back on hold.

Benefit:
This is a great feature if you have to walk away from the phone to check something away from that phone briefly (we often go to look for orders - this lets us know the caller has been on hold too long).

Global call park will recall after a default timer (that can't be changed) of 3 or 5 minutes.  I do think hold recall is device dependent and may not work on Polycom for some reason.
