Audit trail for deleting call log

We would need to have this feature added for ringcentral service web
currently if a user or a admin deletes a call  on the call log  on audit trail it is not showing who deleted the call. 

we would like to have this feature added on the audit trail where in some one deletes the call it will reflect on the call log

Hi Leonard,

Yes, we agree.  Adding the 'delete call log' action to Audit Trail is an enhancement in our backlog planned for a future release.  Until then, you may find our new Company and User Call Log permissions being rolled out now helpful in better controlling who can delete the log.   Here are the new call log permissions and descriptions:

RingCentral should add this feature:
1) Allow users to delete messages
2 ) But it keeps visible for Managers
3) Has a report that the Manager can pull that shows any deleted calls.  And allows the manager to still hear them.
