Auto Attendant access even after hours for certain people

Being in managment some times I have a questions after hours of my busineess and I know certain employees are at work but with the after hours message engaged I can not call the business and get ahold of anyone. There needs to be an ADVANCED Rules option for certain phone numbers from caller ID to be allowed or circumvent the after hours message and be able to use the auto attendant to communicate with employees or departments after hours.

i believe with a little work you can set individual users hours for call handling, but im not sure if theyre overridden by the company hours.

he should just be able to go to whatever extension hes trying to reach and change their user hours and after hours through that extensions advanced rules, should be pretty standard fix.

I have this set up for a client.  When the owner calls from his home number, I have that number programmed in Advanced rules to ring all the phones.
