auto dial stops working and then can't restart ring central

We have Ring Central (soft phone for windows) integrated with our CRM and the auto dial function is great, but this function will work fine for a period of time, and then stop working.  We then close ring central in hopes that a restart will solve the problem.  When we close Ring Central, we have to restart windows in order to reopen ring central.  This happens to each user several times a day, and this is a time sucker.  Thank you,

Can you tell us what CRM you are integrated with?  Please include any other details you might have; errors, any specific trigger that causes it to stop working?

Sure Mike, and thank you for your reply.  We use PC Recruiter (made by mainsequence technology). Unaware of any specific trigger.  just seems to work fine for a while, and then stops working.  We haven't noticed any kind of common trigger.

Can you start by telling us what version of the RingCentral Desktop app you are running? And, have you tried to update to make sure you are on the latest version.
