Automated Call Log Delivery: CSV or Zip file delivery option.

I used to receive my call logs as a CSV file but for the last couple of weeks started getting them as compressed zip files. I prefer the CSV file so I can just quickly open the file from the attachment vs. downloading the compressed zip files and all. Is there a way to set preferences on the file format?

I can confirm that this change was made for optimization purposes, so the system now sends a zip file. There currently is not a way to change preferences.

It was a lot more convenient for us before this change.

Can we put in a feature/enhancement request to be able to customize or set file format preferences for the automated call log delivery? Is this a reasonable request?

I would like to add my voice to this. I would prefer receiving call logs in CSV format. An option to receive call logs in different formats would be helpful.
