Reports: Automated daily reports

1) UK Ring Central
2) Contact center focusing on outbound international lead generation and business development 
3) We would like to see the option to have daily reports (via email) produced from the system.
4) At present to get daily reports we need to do this by extension then export this information into Excel and figure out the information ourselves.  
    We need the option to have reports providing (by extension):
  • Total number of call
  • Average call time
  • Total call time 
  • If possible the same information provided based on the Caller ID used for calls
5) This function would reduce the amount of manual intervention required at present to get reporting information on an in day basis

As an Admin user, I would like to save and schedule a call log report, by extension, to email to me daily. Example, I need to know the number of calls our sales staff are making daily. Rather than going into our Admin user account each day and manually selecting the same report 10 time, but with different extensions each time, I would like to create the call log report that I want emailed to me (by each extension) and have it automatically sent.
