  2. Business Description: An IT business providing cloud-based solutions to customers throughout the world.
  3. Feature Request: If a call is received and the caller hangs up before making a sales, support or billing selection, it does not register as a missed call and there are no automatic email alerts for it.
  4. Use-Case: Making sure we are aware of all the incoming calls. Especially the ones that could not reach us, so we can call them back asap.
  5. Benefit: Maintaining a better relationship with our customers by delivering them more value.
