User Settings: Automatically delete old messages

I have searched through RC's help articles and it keeps saying that we can automatically delete old messages through "Web Settings".  However, I can't find where this option is located.  Any ideas?

If this is not available, it should be.

The system auto deletes when the combined total of folders below reaches 200 messages (non-HIPAA Accounts).  The messages will auto-delete on a FIFO method. 

The storage limits on HIPAA enabled accounts are lower. You can view more details here:  Message Storage and Account Data Retention

Can I see all my faxes that I sent in my 'sent' folder? I want to see all my outgoing faxes that I ever sent. Currently I only see the recent ones. Is there a setting to save all my sent faxes in my sent folder?

Add option to automatically delete a fax message once it's printed in the Softphone/Desktop App.

Background:  One of our fax lines went down for an entire day and we couldn't figure out why (The line is connected to an ATA and analog fax).  After going through all the hardware and settings on RC, it was finally found that the inbox for that particular line was filled with over 250 fax messages.  The tech told me that the RC system has issues when mailboxes reach over 200 messages.

After researching, I found that this should be done automatically so I opened a case with Tech Support.  After going back and forth for 3 days (absolute waste of time) the tech told me that the RC servers do not refresh immediately so if there is a user that receives a very high volume of messages (like a fax), then the system won't catch it until much later.  She told me to have someone monitor the user account to delete the messages.  Anyone working in an office knows that you can't even count on people picking up their own telephone calls, let alone monitoring an inbox for too many fax messages.

It would be great if the Desktop App would have an option to automatically delete a fax message from the user's account once it has been printed using the app.  That way, I can setup a computer for just the fax line with the RC Desktop App running and I won't have to worry about it.

Again, if RC fixes this issue with too many messages affecting the physical phone line, I wouldn't be typing this.  Short of that, this is the best option

I agree there needs to be am auto-delete option after so many days
