Avast (AVG) CloudCare Content Filter Issues

We are loosing the ability to connect to RingCentral because our Avast (AVG) CloudCare web content filter first prevented the Chrome Browser Extension for RingCentral from login in while viewing Gmail; now even if the user goes to www.ringcentral.com they can't log in unless I turn the web content filter off??

I'm sure you have tried this, but in case you haven't - have you added the RC domain as an exception in your Avast CloudCare settings?

I had a similar issue with Avast several months ago.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Avast which fixed the problem.  During the re-install it prompted me to allow access for several things, one of which was RingCentral.  Give that a try and let us know what happens.

Thanks for your help fellows. I have no Windows RingCentral software installed on my PCs. So far I have added the following exceptions to my web content filter:

I can only add URLs to my content filter exceptions. Somehow if have not added the right exception yet??
