I use Basecamp to project management tasks that are detailed and have many dependencies on collaboration. I would highly recommend Basecamp as an app that would interface with Ring Central to offer a more robust user experience.

My organization is a new customer with Ring Central. Currently, we are using Basecamp, primarily for project management. We use the Project feature to include all the project tasks, assign the task to another member of the project, share information between project members and post documents, sheets etc. to share. All of our information currently resides in Basecamp and it would be very helpful it if it could interact with the capabilities of Basecamp.

Hey Dana, thanks for the info. So that our Product Team gets a better idea of what you're looking for, are you wanting Basecamp to integrate with a certain aspect of RingCentral's VoIP services? Or are you looking for Basecamp to integrate with our Glip product?

Based on the research I just did on Basecamp, it would seem that you're looking for this to integrate with our Team Collaboration App called Glip. Is that right?

That sounds correct. I am curious if Glip is similar in capabilities to Basecamp. I have already installed and started using Glip to see how it compares.

Hey Dana, based on my quick research on Basecamp, it seems pretty similar to Glip. So, what I've done is emailed your Account Manager so that they can follow up with you and go into more detail about Glip. They can walk you through how it works/answer your questions as well :)
