I was informed today that I cannot have my desk phone control my desktop app and visa versa. Basic CTI integration to be able to click to dial using my desktop app and have my desktop be the audio path automatically would be a huge time saver. Desktop/Laptops are the weakest audio source so anytime I can use my desk phone, I do. This is a manual process today that I have to "Flip" people over to it during the call causing confusion. Call Center agents would benefit from this huge time saver also! Provide an option so I can select where I want my audio path to go, anytime I make a call from the desktop, i.e. my cell phone also.
