Being able to see when a user is on a call

Hi,
When trying to transfer calls through to colleagues I can only see that they are available, busy, do not disturb or invisible. It would be really useful for me to be able to see when users are actually on calls as well as busy.

For instance if I have an important call that needs taking by a member of the sales team I know that they are on a call rather than just busy.
