Best way to have a call rotation

what is the best way to have a call distribution with only 2 users? I have a customer who wants to rotate calls being answered, but doesn't want to have more users :). I've explained it a few times but I just wanted some ammo for my office visit tomorrow.

Setup a new Call Queue under the Group(s) section of Phone System. Under Call queue Members select the 2 users. Under Call Handling select Rotating. Does that answer what you're asking?

yeah i was probably going to set up a queue, just seems odd to have it be only 2 people. but it would be the only way to establish a rotation.
