Better presence live reporting

1.US Primarily 

2.The support org receives incoming customer calls to a team of around 15-20 around the world engineers 

3. A live reporting widget which shows the current presence of the user. This will show what status they have in their softphone, Available, Busy, DND, or Offline (or invisible) 

4. We want to run dashboards so we can easily see who is logged in and accepting calls, at the minute the live reporting always shows agents being available even though they may be logged out or have their softphone set to busy, It only changes for DND/ Not accepting call queues, but completely ignores the other statues you could be in, this is a major deal for us and the whole reason why we purchased ringcentral was to easily ascertain who was online at any given point.

5. We will easily be able to see who is online, currently the default has everyone set to available when I know for a fact most aren't logged in or online

My reporting is days old Currently its the 4-5-2018 and my user activity report only shows data up to the 4-2-2018... Can someone help me with this?
