Dear,Ring Central

This is in reference to the advance rental paid from 27/10/2018 To 31/10/2018.

I was surprised to find that you have charged $2892. As our previous billing history, we never had exceed monthly $300.
We received lots of spam calls, which was generated by the auto dialed in this month. We have already notified to you through Christine with telephonic communication.
I request you to waive the $2768 you have added to my bill.
