Billing Notification: Delivery Time

Is there a way to change when Billing Notifications are delivered. Getting them as early as 5:30 in the morning is not ideal (Time Zone was set up correctly). Can we have it available under a reasonable time? Have them sent between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

This is a user controllable setting - go to Call Handling and set caller hours

Appreciate the response Cecile, 

Unfortunately, I was referring to the reminder/notification we get when our bill is due or if there are issues with the CC on file. I would like that option be modified.

I guess it was unclear what you meant, are you saying you cannot specify what hours your notifications get through as "live" versus during hours of your choice?  I am the primary billing contact on our notifications and nothing comes through when I have my "mobile" hours enabled via call handling as I pasted the pic above.
