Why am I hearing other conversations when on RingCentral calls?

Maybe it's just me...but when a call is being connected, is anyone else hearing blips of other conversations? It's not always...and I'm pretty sure it's not from my office...but sometimes...and I'm pretty sure it's not the voices in my head.

Hi Alex,

Darn - that's very annoying! I can only imagine how difficult it is to take calls when you hear unexpected people on the phone.

Take a look at this - you may need to do a QoS test and might have to update some router settings:

It only occurs during the "ringing" part of the call, and it's short blips. I've double checked the QoS settings, etc. and it's not often enough to where I can show a sample. I'll try to record it if I can.
