Blocked Calls

Blocked Call Warning. I always block calls from solicitors and junk faxes. Today, with a keyboard or mouse error, I blocked the number "1" as I was attempting to block a number and ended up blocking all incoming calls. This should not be a feature allowed or at least there should be a warning pop up that states doing this (or any other critical clicking around in the admin portal) will prevent all incoming calls from coming in. While I am a small business and I did lose a major client because of this mishap, what if I were I hospital or any other type of emergency service? This is really a serious flaw. There needs to be a failsafe for critical programming errors.

Critical actions should always include at least one check and possibly two if drastic (Delete entire account?  Yes or No.  Are you sure?  Yes or No).  Checks for inadvertently doing something stupid should be a primary goal for programmers.
I was programming a database program for our office as requested by my boss.  Once I had tested all aspects, I turned it over to him for a demo.  He blew up my program in 3 key strokes.  I had never intended for his stupidity to crash my program, but he was smart enough to know how people work.

Hopefully, it was a simple recovery Desk Phone?
