Blocked number still gets through.

U.S Ringcentral acct.
Added a number to block list on web interface, also set to block specific calls, but number still gets through to my phone.
Rebooted Polycom desk phone.
Unsure what to do from here.
As far as I know it's just my line.

Hey Daniel,

The reason why you are still receiving calls from that number is because they are calling into a call queue that you are a part of. You will need to speak with an Admin on the account and have them block the phone number for the whole account.
