Bogus Calls

I have employees saying they get bogus calls from other employees. I could see in my call log from yesterday to calls to an employee that I did not make. The CEO mentioned the same thing.

What is happening and how to we fix it!!

This does sound very odd.  We'll need to do some research to see how these originate. 

Please use the button below to open a support case and include the dates, times, number etc and/or screenshots of the call logs so our support agents can see the samples.  You are welcome to reply back here with the case number if you wish.
