Bring back Call Accepted notifications

We are a SaaS video platform with a team approach to support. We used the Call Accepted and Call Missed notifications so that any team member could see what customer calling in repeatedly needed a call back and which had finally reached another team member. Bring back the Call Accepted notifications.

Hi Greg, Can you provide some more detail around this idea?  Are you referring to a notification in the Desktop application, or the Call Logs etc?
