Bug: Ring Central Phone shows prior conversation after Windows sleep?

I recently upgraded to the latest version of Ring Central Phone (version 10.0.0). Now when I log into my computer each morning after sleeping it the prior night, Ring Central Phone shows the latest call I made the previous day, as if I was still on the phone.  Clicking the X in the upper right corner does not remove the window. I typically dial using a desk phone, but run Ring Central Phone upon Windows startup so I can capitalize on the features of Ring Central Phone, using it for texting or sometimes Ring Out, but typically use my desk phone out of habit.

Is this a bug in Ring Central Phone that others are experiencing?  Each morning I have to use Task Manager to kill Ring Central phone and re-launch it.

I would submit feedback from within the desktop app.  It should send some detailed info to RC so they can investigate further and follow up with you.

OK. Thanks - didn't realize that feature was there.  I used the "Send Product Feedback" button but I saw a message saying "thank you, but we won't respond individually to you".  When I click on the "Technical Support" tab, there's no place to enter issues.  Just a "download Ring Central Phone User Guide" link.  Hmm...I did find a button for support so I created a case for it, but it's basically a web site, not built into the Ring Central Phone Windows application.  Let me know if I'm missing something.
