Bugs in the new GLIP App

Ever since we upgraded clients to the new GLIP app, we've been dealing with a number of annoying bugs in the SW.  
  • Scheduling meetings with Outlook does not send the correct meeting time and date to the calendar
  • During video meetings, the main app screen disappears and the app needs to restart to bring it back
  • The ability to do ad-hoc video calls with other co-workers only works a fraction of the time
  • Schedule for video calls does show from time to time.  Require restarting the app.
Is anyone else having these problems?  I would love to get on a stable release and stay there without the app constantly updating itself.

So far support has not been any kind of help with these issues.

Mary, Also one of the challenges is, the RC Classic uninstall does not seem to be working on people's machines (including mine)

Hi Matt,

Seems like your Video service is still tied up to RingCentral Meetings, please contact your Account Manager to help you set your Video service to RingCentral Video.

Also Matt, if you have issues with uninstalling the RC Classic App, please reach out to Technical Support so they can check your computer remotely and see where the issue is.

A. What does it mean when it is tied to RC Meetings?  What's the impact of moving to RC Video?    

Also, no disrespect, but support has been awful helping to work through these problems.  Hence the reason I am posting here.
