Building Call Reports by Day of the Week

We are a relatively small, but very prosperous (to God be the glory!) company of about 17 employees: 14 in the field, 3 in the office, 5 RC lines total (not each team member in the field needs a direct line due to the nature of the service we offer).  In our office, incoming calls ring simultaneously to 3 office members working remotely so that any one of them can answer that call on their softphone (rings simultaneously, not in a call sequence).

I would love to have the option available to build a report at any given time to track the call volume (incoming and missed calls) on any given day throughout the month, all on the same report for visual clarity.

For example: I want to be able to build a report and see at a glance what our busiest hours are during the Mondays of our summer months (or the Tuesdays of our summer months, etc), all on one report, comparing the data week to week. The purpose for such a report is to be able to plan for the highest amount of coverage/employees during high call volume hours.  We would adjust our employees hours accordingly for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
