This article: https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/4618?language=en_US#CallQueueCalls shares that RingCentral has inconsistent functionality for call announcement features depending on the type of phone you're using.  We have a homegrown ticketing system that we leverage RC Google Chrome extension to allow click to dial for our support team.  As we add services, and in this case, 1-800 numbers to our business, I want my reps to hear an announcement for the line that is ringing.  You cannot do this with the Chrome Extension or the RC desktop app but could if you forwarded to your personal cell phone.
4. As stated above, we are adding services with different lines, rather than an IVR, but leveraging the same team to support these lines of business.  I need to have my team prompted and prepared for each inbound call, but currently cannot do this.
