We are having phone issues in the Florida Call Center.  Our agents are unable to get their softphones to register.

Now our reps in the call queue are getting the error "No Call Queue Calls" and our customers on hold are piling up.  :(

We are getting two errors "Calling Unavailable" and "No Call Queue Calls".  I called support and they seemed to think our errors were related to the registration error that Daniel mentioned above.  They added our case to the parent case.  Still waiting to hear anything back.

OK.. thanks.. Once the issue has been resolved, the system will notify all accounts linked to the parent case. Sorry I don't have an ETA at this time.

If your softphone will not register and you have not yet contacted support, please open a case and in the title of the case copy and paste the following: 

Parent case 05076967 and INC-18162 (softphone won't register)

We've just been notified that this issue should be resolved. But, we'd like to hear confirmation from anyone that was having this problem.  Can anyone confirm it is resolved on your end?
