Call Drops after 4 hours - Internal Error with RingCentral for Meetings

The dial in audio suddenly says Internal Error and disconnects after 4 hours EVERY TIME.  I assume there must be a max time, happening consistently.  Need it to say press 1 t  o continue or remove max time.  All is says is Internal error and drops.  The meeting has to stop and participants and host must all dial back in.

Hi Adams, Can you confirm that this issue is for users that are dialing in with a desk phone?   I understand that this is the current default for deskphone, but this shouldn't happen if you call in via PC/mobile device.  

We can change this to a feature request.  I like the idea of being able to extend the meeting default or get a prompt to extend the time.
