Call Forwarding in New App

We are a US-based company that uses Ring Central across our remote team for sales and customer support. We have 8 active users.

We currently use the Ring Central Desktop Phone. In order to best service our customers, we need for all calls to our 866 number to forward simultaneously to our entire team so that the call rings on all of our screens at the same time. This allows whoever is available to grab the call on the first ring. 

We currently have this set up by creating a main line extension (*1000) and then call forwarding to a ring group. 




This has been working as designed in the old desktop phone, however, in the new application, the call forwarding is not working. I was instructed by the support team that this would need to be submitted as a feature request, as the capability is not currently built into the new app. 

Without this capability, we will need to begin looking for a new provider, as it's a vital part of how we operate our business.
