Call forwarding numbers show 'busy' status, calls are not received

US Verizon account, case # 10612060


Call forwarding is not working for 2 out of 3 mobile numbers.  Ring Central rep said my phone line or extension previously was corrupt but it's still having problems that no one has the answer for.  My number, 1859, is the only cell phone that receives the calls.
