Call Forwarding to softphone - additional options

3- Currently the only call forwarding option for softphones is an on/off and exclusively as the first option in the sequence.  This is limiting. 
   The request is to have a user's softphone as an option available for addition later in the sequence just like any other phone number.

4-  I would like to have any of our account's users' desk phones ring first, if not answered then to ring that users' softphone.

5-  This feature provides more versatility to features already available

Yup. I never understood why softphones are locked at the top of the call handling and forwarding list.

I hope this gets more traction. We are an company with a few departments but I operate our event center and our condos. Some days I'm sitting in the office and if i don't turn off my softphone/app feature I have to wait to answer the deskphone.  And if I turn it off and forget to turn it back on. I'm missing calls and business. When I have an intern in the office I would like to have my softphone ring later allowing him the opportunity to answer first.

Side note: Mine doesn't ring simultaneously either. I literally have to wait 5 seconds watching my computer screen and cell phone ring before I can pick up. Very annoying and doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason.
