- When in call handling, would like to be able to add the users phone multiple times to add them to call groups.
- When the front desk is called the desk phone rings 3 times there, then would like to select the desk phone again and create a group of additional admins for 5 rings and then would like to add the front desk phone again and create another ring group that includes additional people.
- The person called originally can pick up the phone even when the call has been pushed to the next ring group because they are included all the way through sequence.
