call handling separate the desktop and mobile app

In call handling I would like to see the desktop and mobile apps separated and have the ability to set them to something other than number 1.

     Having an option to choose something else first, and also not having the calls go to my cell phone while on the phone.

I think that being able to have your desk phone ring first has been requested by many folks - my 1000+ users cant understand why isn't not available. There must be a reason but RC has been silent on this topic. Being able to set the order of mobile app vs. desktop app would be nice as well.

We just implemented ringcentral, and I have asked many questions that have not been answered, I see the advantage of ringcentral for IT as deployment is not as difficult for them, but for the end user seems quirky and missing many features of our old system.
