Call HOLD - Request Call Back - Auto Dial Out

When a caller is on hold. we want to give the caller an option to request a call back without losing position. that said. Ringcentral will auto dial the caller back when the next available agent becomes available.

Is there a feature that if you call someone and they do not answer, the phone will call them back?  We had a client receive 4 calls from us on Sunday morning that were not initiated by a person or the app.  But they were the last call made on Friday.
