Call information/log disappears quickly from Salesforce softphone when call is hung up

With the Salesforce (Lightning) integration of Ring Central, whenever a call is disconnected, the call information in the softphone disappears instantly, even if you are in the middle of typing notes. About 4 seconds later, the last call window appears but it is rolled up. It my understanding that the call window/information should remain up, at least until you click save.

Hello Sean, 
Your observation is correct. We totally understand it is not the ideal user experience.  We are aware of the issue and we have not been able to fix in the current version due to a technical limitation of call status changing but we made sure that the notes typed in are saved and available in the call that was completed.  The good news is that we are improving this UX in our next generation Salesforce app.  The app should be available for our beta users in late Q3 and generally available towards the end of the year
