- ASK: Requesting the call log to show the first number on a warm transfer and not move over to an ext
- When we receive calls and transfer them - a blind transfer shows the history of the call from the original number which follows through. If we warm transfer only our ext is carried over. This limits the ability for our CRM to correctly log the call to the account. It also prevents our management from seeing accurate call data as it looks like a bunch of internal calls.
